Hello, all!

This was a fantastic week.  We have had no new investigators, no one at sacrament, and no one on date for baptism; however, it was still a good week: 

We got to arrange a service for this Wednesday, we learned the bus system, and we got to clean a less-active member's house with the elders in Kelmscott.  It was a full-on week!

Service.  It's where it's at!

This week, we also had exchanges with Kelmscott.  I was with Elder Ganbat who is from Mongolia and is going home in two days, halfway through the transfer, but he has visa stuff, so it's just three weeks early... He's super cool.  He has the best missionary skills I've seen:  He can observe, listen, and discern anyone's concerns or questions -- even if he isn't talking with them.  It's an acquired talent that takes two years to master, and then you go home. President Fife sent us a final email because this Saturday President Bennallack comes and takes over.  In the email President Fife sent us, he said that the weaknesses we have are often times what the Lord wants us to have as our greatest strengths, but it takes all we have to overcome and grow in those weaknesses, and it also takes the Lord (Ether 12:27).  I know that the Lord is there to help each of us continue to learn and grow and develop our weaknesses, and whenever we master one of them, we find a new one waiting so that we can always be humble.

P.S. Next week is also our temple P-day, so I won't be emailing until next Thursday.
